I have arrived at the airport, and I need some time to collect my luggage and go through the necessary procedures. Is the driver's waiting time included in my reservation?
Yes. The airport reservation includes "waiting time," which is the time needed for you to get from your plane to the vehicle. This time is 45 minutes.
How will I know that my vehicle has arrived? How can I recognize my driver?
For all our services, our driver will be at the agreed location at the scheduled time specified during your reservation. If you cannot find your driver, simply call the number provided at the time of booking, and we will locate the driver for you.
How do you handle clients who "no-show" or arrive late?
A "no-show" is charged in full as if the service was provided. If you are late, waiting time may be included in the price. To avoid additional charges, you must call the number provided at the time of booking or send us an email as soon as you know you will be delayed or if there are changes to your flight details.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
The cancellation deadline will always be specified at the time of booking confirmation. Generally, the „hourly rental“ service can be canceled up to 7 days before the trip, while airport-related services can be canceled 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer a service guarantee?
Once you receive our confirmation that your ride is booked, we guarantee that the vehicle will be at the agreed location at the scheduled time. We advise you to carefully review all the details entered during the reservation process, and if you notice any errors, please inform us as soon as possible.
How far in advance should I book?
We can’t provide an exact timeframe, as the demand for transportation services varies from day to day. Our recommendation is to book as early as possible. If possible, we advise making your reservation at least 72 hours before you need the transportation service.
